Our special recipe

The original recipe was created by Jim Hoad back in 1959 and we haven’t changed the recipe since. It is our most popular product and once you have tasted it we are sure you will agree it is a proper Korker! Made with fresh pork and sage and our special spice mix, using our traditional method to give a coarse, meaty texture that is loved by our customers.
