Our Sausages
Our business’s success is without doubt due to the quality of the ingredients, fresh pork, herbs and spices from respected suppliers and of course the method in which our sausages are manufactured.
During the process temperatures are continually checked, and re-checked. All products go through a metal detector and strict hygiene controls are continually in force.
All staff are aware of our HACCP working practices enabling customers to purchase our products with confidence. All staff have also completed the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene course, (some have even completed the higher intermediate certificate in food safety to add to the high food safety practices).
Our Success
A recent survey in current outlets showed that both on price and quality we outsell the majority of our competitors on a ratio of 10-1.

KORKER SAUSAGES
Contain fresh pork, sage from the Vale of Evesham, spices from the Orient, cereal binder, water and preservative. They are produced in the old fashioned manner giving a coarse textured end product. The product range includes standard korkers,jumbos,chipolatas and cocktail chipolatas .
HONEYROAST SAUSAGES
Contain fresh pork, honey and spices. These are also produced in the old fashioned manner. They are available in the jumbo and standard size.
CHILLI SAUSAGES
Contain fresh pork, dried chillies, spices, red and green peppers, tomato powder, garlic and paprika, these have a real "bite", ideal for that special barbecue. Available in jumbo and standard sizes.
SAUSAGE ROLLS
These are manufactured using our Korker seasoning with two added spices giving real "bite". They have become an instant success, the puff pastry creating something just that little bit different, available in 6" , 4" and cocktail sizes.
CATERING SAUSAGES
Initially manufactured for our local fish and chip shops they have quickly gained a niche in the catering market. Using fresh pork and containing our "honeyroast" seasoning also produced in the old fashioned manner giving a coarse textured end product. They are available in the jumbo and standard sizes.
SAGE AND ONION SAUSAGES
A tasty sausage for the Catering trade, sage and onion going so well together with lean meat – just that little bit different. They are available in jumbo and standard size.
